Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records leading to the issue of the impugned order dated 03.12.2003 passed by the 2nd respondent herein in his letter Lr.No.666/20/V/T-586/185 in rejecting the claim of the petitioner herein to pay the subsistence allowance directly without routing the same through C.O.D. account and to make the payment of subsistence allowance without any deductions by means of Demand Draft payable on the Pondicherry Branch, from the month of October onwards till the end of enquiry proceedings and quash the same. ORDER

Once again there is no representation on behalf of both sides. On the last hearing date i.e. 14.07.2017, this Court recorded that the writ petition was filed challenging the non payment of subsistence allowance to the petitioner during pendency of suspension of service from the 1st respondent Bank. 2.As there is no representation once again today, this Court is not informed as to whether anything survives in the writ petition.
