ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the demand notice dated 21.05.2018 issued by the second respondent by initiating appropriate proceedings. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the writ petition. In view of the same, liberty is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since there are some miscellaneous repairing works, the petitioner may be permitted to take away the goods and hand over the vacant possession to the port trust authorities after 15 days. The learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondents agreed for the same. The said submissions are recorded. No costs. Consequently, WMP.Nos.16060 and 16061 of 2018 are also dismissed.
