This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05.05.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.9676 of 2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Thammampatti and report before the Inspector of Police Thammanpatti police Station, Attur Taluk, Salem daily at 10.30 am. and 5.30pm for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. The investigation has been completed and the final report is laid before the concerned Court.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, on receipt of summons and cooperate with the committal proceedings as well as the trial proceedings, till the disposal of the case.
