This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6585 of 2022 on 29.03.2022 to appear before the Adyar Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and not to enter Karaikal region without intimation.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
