ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 01.04.2025 aggrieved by the order passed by the 2 nd respondent dated 20.03.2025.

Heard Mr.R.Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, for respondents 1 and 2. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 01.04.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording an

opportunity of hearing to the 3 rd respondent and final orders shall be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
