This writ petitions have been filed for direction, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to implement the order of the first respondent in application No.290 of 2016/pe, order No.210 of 2017 dated 22.08.2017. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 22.08.2017 passed by the first respondent has already been implemented.
