This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b) imposed by this Hon'ble Court by its order dated 10.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5682 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is partly relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
