This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Tharamangalam Police Station daily morning at 10.30 a.m and also report before the Hasthampatty Police Station daily evening at 05.30 p.m. until further orders, imposed on the Petitioner in the Crl.O.P.No.6541 of 2023 dated 23.3.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is partly relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
