Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, Government's Counsel Order This Writ Petition has been filed to declare the Land Acquisition proceedings initiated vide G.O.Ms. NO.445 Housing and Urban Development dated 16.07.1992, as non-est /void in view of law declared by Honble Supreme Court of India.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Counsel for the respondents submitted that G.O.Ms. NO.445 Housing and Urban Development dated 16.07.1992, has already been declared to have lapsed in W.A.No.3989 of 2019 vide order dated 08.08.2022. Therefore, no further order is required in the writ pettion.

3. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said submission of the learned Government's Counsel may be recorded.

4. Accordingly, recording the submission of the learned Government's Counsel that G.O.Ms. NO.445 Housing and Urban Development dated 16.07.1992, has already been declared as lapsed in W.A.No.3989 of 2019 vide order dated 08.08.2022, this Court is of the considered view that no further declaration is warranted.
