ORDER

When the case was listed on 22.10.2019, learned counsel for the Corporation stated that total amount of Rs.1,36,756/, had been paid to the petitioner on 1/3

18.09.2019. On that day, it was stated that the learned counsel for the petitioner was in difficulty and he could not appear on 22.10.2019. Hence, the matter was posted on 01.11.2019.

2. On 01.11.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not appeared. In the interest of justice, the matter was posted on 04.11.2019.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has given a Letter No.Z.O.X/H.D.C.No.H1/11096/2019, dated 19.09.2019, shows that the amount due and payable under the order in W.P.No.16860 of 2017, dated 28.02.2019, stands paid. The letter made a part of the record in the order.

4. In view of the above, the instant contempt petition is closed. Notices are discharged.
