ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry on the false complaint.

The contention of the petitioners is that the petitioners came into contact with one Rajeshraja, who claimed himself to be concerned authority in the Railway Department who claimed that he will get license for two wheeler parking tender and believing his words, the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- for the same. The license could not be obtained and thereafter, he repaid a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- and another Rs.1,50,000/- is yet to be paid. The petitioners demanded the balance amount. Hence, the said Rajeshraja had given a false complaint against the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the said Rajeshraja had lodged a complaint. The petitioners are into a Scrab business. The first petitioner and Rajeshraja were friends through Face book. Thereafter, the first petitioner had been constantly in touch with the said Rajeshraja and developed a good relationship. In the said relationship, she sought for some money from him and she had received some money during January, 2020 and February, 2020. Thereafter, she started to avoid being in touch with the Rajeshraja and hence, Rajeshraja was in compulsion to come and contact them. Thereafter, he had lodged a complaint. Both the petitioner and counter petitioner appeared before the respondent police and have given the undertaking that they would approach the Civil Court and seek their remedies. Having regard to their relationship and the undertaking given by the parties, the respondent police also closed the complaint and the petitioners are not required for enquiry.
