ORDER

As per the Order passed by this Court in this case dated 12.08.2021 had directed the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. In continuation of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Dharmapuri had sought extension of time to complete the trial and to dispose of the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the explanation offered by the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Dharmapuri is acceptable and further time of four months to dispose of the case in C.C.No.68 of 2017 and to report compliance.
