This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5412 of 2023 dated 08.03.2023 that "the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5412 of dated 08.03.2023, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
