Pursuant to the petition filed under the Right To Information Act, a reply was given on 15.05.2015 by the Office of the respondent stating that as and when the complaint is received, enquiry would be made and appropriate action would be taken. On receipt of the communication, the petitioner made a representation on 16.07.2015. Seeking early disposal of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration of the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
