This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4517 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.31202 of 2022 dated 31.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4517 of in Crl.O.P.No.31202 of 2022 dated 31.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
