Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the third and fourth respondents herein to assign and grant patta to the petitioner in respect of the land bearing No.11/1 measuring an extent of 0.73.0 Ares situate at Murukkeri Village, Marakkanam Taluk, Villupuram District considering the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 11.11.2016 in the light of the proceedings of the second respondent vide Na.Ka.No.Ma.Aa.C.No.39/2016 dated 11.11.2016 with the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

Mr.S.V.Doraisolamalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, third and fourth respondents to assign and grant patta to him in respect of the land bearing No.11/1, measuring an extent of 0.73.0 Ares, situate at Murukkeri Village, Marakkanam Taluk, Villupuram District, considering the representation dated 11.11.2016 in the light of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 11.11.2016, within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2016, the fourth respondent has not issue the Patta to the petitioner so far.

4.Mr.S.V.Doraisolamalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the fourth respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2016 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interest of the parties.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2016 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
