This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11342 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023 to deposit the document of original title deed of immovable property either belonging to himself or by his relatives or friends worth about Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to the credit of Crime No.57 of 2023.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kalasapakkam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District, everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions imposed by this Court remains unaltered.
