Seeking patta for the land situated in Survey No.105/141 bearing Door No.22/20, Easwaran Nagar, 10th Street, Pammal, Chennai, the petitioner made a request by way of representation dated 18.07.2015. Thereafter, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties, if so required.
