ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to restore the actual dimension of the cart track (Government Poramboke) situated in R.S.No.249, Old S. No.168 and New S.No.182/2, 181/20 Kathankanni Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr. R. P. Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with his representation dated 23.01.2026. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2025, seeking for restoration of the actual dimension of the cart track (Government Poramboke) situated in R.S.No.249, Old S. No.168 and New S.No.182/2, 181/20 Kathankanni Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
