This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Ammapet Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9277 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks to modify of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition for modification, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.

5. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9277 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30.am., until further orders.

6. With the above modification, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
