Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the Respondent herein in its Impugned Order passed by the Respondent vide Form GST DRC-07 in GSTIN 33AABCH5775M1Z8/2017-2018 dated 30.12.2023 and Consequential order vide Form GST DRC-07 in Ref. No. ZD331223277038J dated 30.12.2023 for the Period 2017-2018 and quash the same.

Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the said caption and when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has chosen to resolve the matter under the amnesty scheme and settle the dispute with the GST authorities, and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.
