Vide order dated 05.06.2023 made in Crl.A.No.494 of 2023, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.
2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail. He further submitted that, the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed in Spl.CC.No.9 of 2023 on the file of Session Judge, Special Court for Trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Namakkal.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.
4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 05.06.2023 alone stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the trial court as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
