ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10872 of 2025, dated 16.04.2025, that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police" instead of "the 1/4

petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazar Police Station everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders". 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition imposed on him vide order dated 16.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.10872 of 2025, since the petitioner having three female children and out of them two are special children and the petitioner has to take care of them. Those two children are in the need of petitioner's support even for basic activities and the petitioner is the sole bread winner of the family, therefore prays to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10872 of 2025.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side). 4.

Considering the submissions of both sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10872 of 2025, dated 16.04.2025 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
