This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15768 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15845 of 2023, dated 06.10.2023.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15768 of in Crl.O.P.No.15845 of 2023, dated 06.10.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter,as and when required for interrogation..
