(The case has been heard through video conference) This Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 18.10.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.27098 of 2019 with the condition that the petitioner shall surrender within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the concerned Court and executing sureties within stipulated period, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.

2. Therefore, the order has become lapsed by efflux of time. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file anticipatory bail petition afresh.
