This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the FIR in Cr. No.701 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.701 of 2010 was completed and charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.164 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvallure.
