The petitioner made an application on 14.07.2011 seeking issuance of family card. It was followed by a representation dated 10.09.2015. As no action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
