C.M.P.No.12030 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 174 days in representing the above CMA SR. 132073 of 2018.

C.M.P.No.12032 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 190 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.15,000/- in the above CMA SR. 132073 of 2018.

2.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 174 & 190 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street (near chicken market), Parrys, Chennai 600 001. [Cell No.9840068800/ 9840068889], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

These Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.
