ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P No.19734 of 2019, dated 14.11.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up today, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents /contemnors, submitted that the Order of this Court in W.P. No.19734 of 2019 has been complied with, by referring to the Government letter No.324, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj department, dated 08.12.2020 more particularly paragraph 3, wherein directions were issued taking into account 50% of part time service rendered by the petitioner, while calculating his retiral benefits. 2/3

3. Recording the same, and aforesaid letter dated 08.12.2020, this this contempt petition is closed.
