ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to implement the order, dated 18.11.2022 passed by the 1st respondent by carrying out the necessary correction in the A register and Tamil Nilam Patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. The petitioner had given a representation in the month of January, 2026 to the 2nd respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the order, dated 18.11.2022 passed by the 1st respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Page No.2 of 4

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, seeking correction in the A register and Tamil Nilam Patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, in the light of the order, dated 18.11.2022 passed by the 1st respondent as well as the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
