This petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the petition in DVC No.8 of 2022 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate-I, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already applied for the Certified copy of the order and there is some delay in getting the same.

3. Considering his submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and production of the certified copy of the order is dispensed with for the present. However, the same should be produced in due course.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
