(CRIME NO.864 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders which was passed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.12231 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16626 of 2021 by an order dated 26.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.BHAGYARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.12231 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.16626 of 2021 on 26.11.2021 to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
