2. Due to inadvertent error, the "2nd respondent-The Deputy Commercial Tax Officer" was not included in the order dated 25.04.2025 and hence, the said error has to be rectified.

3. Accordingly, the following details of the 2nd respondent shall be included in the cause title of the aforesaid order:
