This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 17.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.20207 of 2020 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 01.08.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
