Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the Notice dated 03.05.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent in its Proceedings No.4970/2018/A2 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to make appointments

of non-hereditary trustees to A/m.Athanoor Mariamman Temple situate at Chitalandur, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District in accordance with Section 47(1)(c) of Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959.
