This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred seeking for a direction for early disposal of the the Proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.3564 of 2019 pending on the file of the IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai.
2. The petitioner is the husband, who has filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.3564 of 2019 for dissolution of marriage in the year 2019 and matter is pending for a long time.
3. It is seen from the report of the learned IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai that some interlocutory applications are pending and in which, the orders are yet to be passed. Only, if the interlocutory applications are disposed, the main case can be progressed. So, it will be appreciable, if the learned IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai bestows his best interest to dispose the matter as expeditiously as possible.
