Crl.M.P.No.7397 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8527 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8527 of 2023 dated 24.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8527 of 2023 dated 24.04.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
