ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue - M.P.Nanthini, aged 20 years. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents for production of the detenue.

2. Though, the case is not listed today in the cause list, the same is taken up in view of the mentioning of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the premise that the detenue has been secured.

3. The detenue is produced before us. The petitioner is also present. The detenue, who is the wife of the petitioner, has informed us that she has left the matrimonial home voluntarily. After some discussion, both the petitioner and the detenue have agreed that they would go for divorce by mutual consent.

4. Recording the aforesaid statements of both the petitioner and the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case, particularly, when the detenue is willing to rejoin her mother, who is also present in court.
