ORDER
The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the Commissioner of Handlooms/Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Kuralagam, Chennai-8, to dispose of his appeal filed on 29.03.2023.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's aforesaid appeal would become infructuous, if it is taken up for disposal after 31.07.2023.
Hence, a direction is given to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal in accordance with law, of course, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today. 2/4
With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Costs made easy.
