A case and case in counter in F.I.R.Nos.114 of 2024 and 121 of 2024 are pending investigation before the 1st respondent police.

2. The present petition is filed to quash Cr.No.121 of 2024 on the ground that the petitioner is a M.B.B.S Graduate and is falsely implicated in the crime. The matter was adjourned to ascertain the fate of the counter complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on instructions submits that the complainant in both the F.I.Rs has appeared and given a letter that they don't want to pursue the matter further. On the disposal of this quash petition, the respondent police will proceed further in accordance with law based on letter given by the complainants.

4. Taking note of the fact that the matter is in the investigation stage and both the complainants have decided to bury their differences and withdraw their respective complaints and the same may be taken note by the Investigating Officer and both the complaints be closed. 2/4
