Heard Mr.V.Sanjeevi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.John Kennedy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondent to issue tender schedule to enable him to participate in the tender invited by the respondent for transporting Indian made Foreign Liquor and Beer boxes from the depots/godowns of Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation (TASMAC) to their retail shops. 3.Earlier, a writ petition was filed by one M/s.Sri Lakshmi Constructions in W.P.No.18626 of 2017, wherein a similar prayer was sought for. This Court disposed of the said writ petition by order dated 21.7.2017, in which, apart from granting relief to the petitioner therein, this Court observed that the respondent shall not adopt any other tactics by refusing issuance of tender forms to the other applicants as well and if it comes to the notice of this Court, serious view will be taken and appropriate orders will be passed. Taking clue from such orders, the respondent appears to have issued tender form to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the light of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
