The petitioner made an representation on 03.09.2015 alleging that the patta has been wrongly changed with respect to the property situated in Survey No.46/1 for an extent of 1.75 acres in Athiyandhal Village, Thiruvannamalai District. Seeking early disposal of the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the said representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties.
