ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a certiorari, calling for the records and quash the proceedings before the 1st respondent in Revision Petition No.1140/2018 dated Nil.01.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted the proceedings in the Revision Petition No.1140 of 2018 dated Nil.01.2018 was considered and the orders was passed on 30.03.2022. A copy of the same was also duly furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition stands disposed of, with the direction to the first respondent/District Revenue Officer to take further action based on the order passed in Revision Petition No.1140 of 2018 vide order dated 30.03.2022. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
