M/s.P.Veena Suresh K.Krishnan For Sole Respondent COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) A direction was given on 28.04.2025, directing the appellant to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakhs only) within a period of four weeks from that day and if deposited, the attachment shall stand raised.
2. It is also to be noted that in the same order, the Division Bench had observed that the appellant had deposited Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs only) before the trial Court and had also paid a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs only) to the respondent consequent to an earlier order dated 09.07.2024.
3. A memo had been filed on behalf of the appellants, stating that a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) had been deposited on 30.04.2025
and in this connection, a copy of the challan for such deposit has also been enclosed.
4. Recording the same, CMP.Nos.10509 and 10510 of 2025 in Appeal (CAD).No.15 of 2025 stand closed. The order of attachment passed by the Commercial Court (District Judge Level), Salem, in C.O.S.No.24 of 2022 shall stand raised. No costs.
