The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.37374 dated 25.10.2016, in and by which, this Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petition, directed the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 15.12.2015, on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ accordance with law and after affording opportunity of

personal hearing to the petitioner and all other necessary parties, pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for respondent submitted that the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent. Since the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives for further consideration in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
