This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.am., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6321 of 2023 dated 28.03.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6321 of 2023 dated 28.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30am., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
