This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7743 of 2023 dated 18.04.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while granting the anticipatory bail is relaxed in toto.
