Respondent Prayer:Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439 (1) (b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition (c ) that the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.1499/2022, 1 to 3 and 5th, 7th and 8th petitioners in Crl.MP.No.1500/2022 and the 3 to 7,9 to 15 and 17 to 25, 27th and 28 the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.1573/2022 are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with three sureties, of which one must be the blood relation and the two others must be the local persons, for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode, with further conditions, (iv) that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- each (40X25,000 = Total rupees ten lakh only) with the court of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode, in Cr. No.

79 of 2022 on the file of Modakkurichi Police Station and the bail bond shall be issued only after such deposit, (v) that the petitioners shall not enter in any way into Erode Taluk until further orders, (vi) that the petitioners shall stay in Bhavanisagar Town, Sathyamangalam Taluk and shall not leave Bhavanisagar Town until further order, imposed by the District and Sessions Court, Erode in the order dated 08.06.2022 made in Crl.MP.No.1499 of 2022 by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.1499/2022, 1 to 3 and 5th, 7th and 8th petitioners in Crl.MP.No.1500/2022 and the 3 to 7,9 to 15 and 17 to 25, 27th and 28 petitioners in Crl.MP.No.1573/2022 are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with three sureties, of which one must be the blood relation and the two others must be the local persons, for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode, with further conditions, (iv) that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- each (40X25,000 = Total rupees ten lakh only) with the court of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode, in Cr. 2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed by the Court below. Accordingly, the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.1499/2022, 1 to 3 and 5th, 7th and 8th petitioners in Crl.MP.No.1500/2022 and the 3 to 7, 9 to 15 and 17 to 25, 27th and 28 petitioners in Crl.MP.No.1573/2022 are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one blood surety, for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode, with further conditions, and the conditions No.VII is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police station daily thrice at 09.00 a.m, 2.00 p.m and 6.00 p.m., for a period of four weeks and the condition No.V and VI stands deleted.
