Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioners have filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to grant separate patta to the 1st petitioner in respect of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
property measuring an extent of 2.82 acres, comprised in Survey No.154/1C in Devarajapalayam Village of Molayanur Hamlet in Bayarnatham Post, Pappireddypatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District and to grant separate patta to the 2nd Petitioner in respect of the property measuring an extent of 1.51.0 Hectares comprised in Survey No.154/1A, by considering their representations dated 20.02.2017 and 12.06.2017 respectively in accordance with law within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that inspite of the petitioners' representations 20.02.2017 and 12.06.2017, the 1st respondent has not issued separate patta to them.
4. Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representations in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representations 20.02.2017 and 12.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
