Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police, not to harass the petitioner in the guise of investigation in relation to the administration of the Kadumbadi Chinnamuthu Mariamman Tirukoil Temple.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that on the complaint given by one Kamalakannan, the petitioner was called for enquiry and the petitioner also participated in the enquiry. However, the respondent police is continuously harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the present petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit on the complaint of one Kamalakannan, C.S.R.No.530 of 2021 has been assigned, in which, enquiry has been conducted and closed on 26.07.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
